All Bottinelli canvas prints are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@sandrabottinelli.com.
Include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the item
• Photos of the packaging
Important: Please keep all original packaging, as it may be required for claims. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Color differences due to screen variations
Each piece is produced on demand, so please review your order carefully before purchasing.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
